On September 14, the Village of West Haverstraw in Rockland County, NY celebrated its 25th blood drive with a successful day of donation.
The event exceeded its goal, collecting 32 units of whole blood, six red cell units and two plasma units. Donor Specialist I-IV Mohammed Chhipa and his team provided excellent service to donors throughout the event, with support from Account Manager Seth Morer.
To recognize the community’s longstanding commitment to saving lives, West Haverstraw Community Partner Margaret Chapman and her assistant, Katie Welsh, received certificates of recognition for their life-saving efforts.
