From February 4 to February 6, Comprehensive Cell Solutions (CCS) hosted all of New York Blood Center Enterprises’ (NYBCe) Registered Nurse (RN) Managers on campus in Rye for a 3-day meeting to work on aligning business and collections practices while discussing the most efficient ways of working across the Enterprise.

Attendees included RN Managers Tracey Driscoll, RIBC, Tiffany Steele, CBC, Anita Hove, IBR, Patricia Guzman, NYBC, and RN Julie Germain, IBR, and meetings were led by Carolina Betancourt, Executive Director, Clinical Apheresis, Jo Anne Valentino, Senior Vice President, Comprehensive Cell Solutions (CCS), and Rawlinson Isaac, Vice President, Enterprise Cell Sourcing and Clinical Apheresis.
In between meetings and training sessions, attendees were given a tour of the Rye Campus and were able to visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt in the city!
“Bringing RN leaders together in person created meaningful connections, strengthened trust, and reaffirmed a shared purpose,” said Carolina Betancourt!
Thank you to all who made this possible, and thank you to our attendees who live our lifesaving mission every day!
