NYBCe RHCE Allele Table

The NYBCe RHCE Table is a uniquely comprehensive and continuously updated resource that documents RHCE alleles associated with clinically significant antigen expression and serologic findings. Each entry includes associated phenotypes, linkage relationships, and antibody production information when available.

The table integrates ISBT allele nomenclature, GenBank accessions, rsID numbers, and links to original publications—making NYBCe one of the only organizations to offer a centralized, clinically focused RHCE allele reference tool. Its structure supports transfusion services, reference laboratories, researchers, and clinicians who rely on accurate RHCE variant information to resolve complex serologic discrepancies, predict antigen expression, and guide safe patient–donor

Maintained by NYBCe’s Leading RH Genomics Experts

The RHCE Table is curated and maintained by NYBCe’s internationally recognized experts in the RH blood group system. NYBCe brings decades of experience in molecular immunohematology, ensuring that each update reflects the latest scientific discoveries, nomenclature revisions, and clinically relevant allele reports.

NYBCe’s leadership in RH genomics is reinforced by its contributions to RH variant research and its role in educating the global transfusion community.
