Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Jordana G. Schwartz, Esq. is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of New York Blood Center (NYBC). In this capacity, Ms. Schwartz oversees all legal matters for NYBC Enterprises, including commercial, M&A, real estate, intellectual property, regulatory, litigation and labor and employment matters.
As Corporate Secretary, Ms. Schwartz advises the Board of Trustees on matters of governance and effective and compliant board performance. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Ms. Schwartz contributes to the strategic direction of the enterprise.
Prior to joining NYBC, Ms. Schwartz was a partner in the health care practice group of a leading national law firm. Ms. Schwartz received her JD from Fordham Law School and her BA from the University of Chicago.
