Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Jordana Schwartz, Esq. is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe).
Ms. Schwartz has over twenty years of experience counseling a broad spectrum of health care clients, with a deep expertise in FDA matters, data privacy and security, and other regulatory areas critical to the operations of NYBCe. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees the Law Department and the Office of Patents and Licensing, responsible for all areas of legal compliance, including matters of corporate governance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation.
Prior to joining NYBCe, Ms. Schwartz was a partner in the health care practice group of a leading national law firm. Ms. Schwartz received her J.D. from Fordham Law School and her B.A. from the University of Chicago.
